How to stay motivated during the heat wave (in Europe)

I want to point out firstly, that my gym has no air condition unfortunately. Also I'm very sensitive towards heat and cold even when I was very little. My circulatory system is a bitch.

Before the heat wave the weather and the temperatures were really bearable; around 22 to 29 degree. I would go to the gym every day or at least every second day and do some cardio. Eating healthy was very easy. I would eat very little and have small meals and snacks such as mozzarella with tomatoes or such. Sometimes I wouldn't eat a meal at all because I wasn't hungry. In the evening I would have something light too. Also drinking water was very easy. I would place a water dispenser (non-cooled) next to my desk and have a sip every now and then; drinking water at room temperature wasn't amazing but really not bad at all.

Now with the heat wave around for about a week I really find myself struggleing. Honestly? I just can't get myself to - pardon - give a shit about my diet or my workout. I spend most of my time trying not to die. I haven't been to the gym in a week and I find myself eating nothing at all during the day, only to have hunger beat me at night when it cools of and then I stuff myself. Also drinking water is difficult. It doesn't make sense to fill up my water dispenser - even with ice cubes. After 15 min the 6 liters are disgustingly warm.

I know that the heat wave will pass, but it is really frustrating since I made such amazing progress losing weight that people are noticing. It's also my pride that's being hurt. I don't want to go back to my old bad habits. I just struggle so much with the heat. :(
