So obvs I am trying to lose weight. I am around 86 kg but currently hate the way I look. I want to change that. My problem is I have no idea wear to start. I don't know how much I want to lose. I have a gym membership but it always feels like I'm not doing it right. I really struggle on machines and can only do something like a cycling machine for 15 minutes but even then I struggle. It feels like a million years and I get tired so easily and it just destroys my motivation.
Basically, I have no idea if I'm helping myself/pushing myself. I have no idea if I'm doing the right kind of exercises, how to change my diet and what I need to change or how to motivate myself to push myself.
I also want to talk to people about it and people who know what I'm going through. My family try to be supportive but a lot of the time they don't think I can do it. Sorry if I'm rambling, just trying to get everything I want to say out.
