starting my loseit journey!

so i’ve always been overweight, ever since i was young. No matter how much sports i’d play every week (and until 17 i used to play sports a lot) i’ve always been overweight. My whole family is, not obese - overweight.

anyway i moved out from parents a month ago and i decided i’d take care of my body and lose weight. I’m 5”7 (172cm) and i weigh 169 lbs (77kg). My goal is to get down to 152 lbs (69kg) so that i can finally have a normal bmi (rn my bmi is 26.0).

I started estimating the calories i eat two days ago (with the app yazio) and i signed up for a fitness class two weeks ago (went twice, i’m planning on signing up for another fitness class on a different day - which would make me work out 2 hours/week). I also walk as much as i can and rarely take public transportation (i left my car at my parents’).

i’m really hoping this will work out and that i finally can feel confident with the way my body looks!
