Hey Reddit! I’m brand new here but I wanted to maybe use this as a source for support and motivation. I have always been big. For my whole life. Between 2016 and 2017 I managed to lose 100 lbs. Went from 360 to 260 within that year. Between then and now I’ve gained it all back and then some. That was incredibly difficult for me. I worked so hard to lose the weight just to put it all back on. I was devastated and it was 100% my fault. At my highest I was 380. Today I’m weighing in at 333 and am motivated to keep going and start working out again. I want to keep it off this time and I think that coming here for some extra support would be great. Maybe not.
