I didn't work as much as anticipated this summer so I just gained weight. I've tried low carb several times each and don't get past a few hours due to feeling weak and dizzy. People saying just eat til you're satisfied (for low carb) and you'll still lose weight. Well the problem with that is I'm never satisfied. There is nothing about that type of diet that satisfies me. In fact I thing it's pretty much torture except when I'm doing g the eating. Also keep trying again and again to do cico since it's worked for me in the past but I'm just not motivated to be hungry all the time. And I'm hungry ALL the time. Even when I'm so full I can't fit more food in I still feel hungry. I'm hungry right now and I just ate! It doesn't help that I eat from stress too. And I've had a lot of stress. This is getting to be urgent because my feet hurt and I don't have money to buy new pants. I need to lose weight so I can wear the perfectly good pants I do have that I can't get into now because I got too fat!!! I hope I haven't offended anyone it's just so frustrating. How do these people say they feel full on these low carb diet? How do I spend the rest of my life with a headache and hunger. I just want to get the fat Offa me.
