Hi everyone. I am 6'1
Finally gathered the motivation and started again.
10 years back i was 150 kgs and after 2 years of workout i came down to 105 kgs
but then life happened and gymming took a hit.
Gained all the weight back and in nov 2016 hit 190 kgs. Again started and lost 20 kgs in 6 months
2017 and 2018 went away in work commitments and i was stuck at 173-175 kgs.
Now i have started again and this time it is now or never
lost 1.5 kgs in 5 days. It feels good to show your efforts showing small returns.
To everyone who is thinking when to start the best time is start now
Invest in a fitness tracker , count your calories, Hit the gym ,have lot of fruits and drink loads of water and just give it time
