I originally decided in July that I had enough: I weighed 266 and just felt like shit. Made some changes, started keto and was pretty successful. I didn't even start hitting the gym until month 3! My original goal weight was 195.
I hit 195 today. This was an even bigger feeling than the day I hit one-derland.
But a month ago when it became clear that 195 was absolutely happening, I changed my goal. Why not aim for 185? Or maybe even 184?
So today even though I hit my original goal, I'm not done. I went from wearing XL to mediums, and I'd like to be able to wear any medium instead of "just" most.
