I posted in this sub a week ago about calorie counting and got lots of great suggestions on weighing my food intake with a food scale so I purchased one that night. That SAME NIGHT, my bf of 5 years proposed to me!! So if i wasnt already motivated enough to lose the extra "happy" weight I've put on over the past 5 years, I definitely am now!! I weighed myself last night and I'm 199.6lbs (obese because I'm 5'3"). I would REALLY like to be 140/145 for my wedding in September 2020. So here's to making that happen!! Anyone else have a goal date for their weightloss (for wedding/vacation/other occasion)?
