My body weight is 180 with a TDEE of 2800 and I've been on a cut at a deficit of 500 calories/day. One of my go to meals is the frozen chicken wings from costco. 4 oz. is 220 calories and I have 6 servings of this. That means in a day I can only eat about 12 wings along with 3 cups of white rice and I'm ALREADY at 2000 calories. It's crazy how I didn't realize 2 tiny wings could equal 220 calories. I used to polish 12-16 wings in one sitting including rice. After I have my 12 wings and 3 cups of rice, I only have room for a cup of milk and some protein powder... These next 3 months are gonna be hell.
