I lost 50 Pounds With Keto + CrossFit (Before + After Pics)

I started Keto after gaining a lot of weight while finishing high school and starting college.

I gained close to 60 pounds in 2 years. For years I tried so many ways to restrict calories or not eat desserts or junk food and I would lose 5 pounds and plateau. I discovered Keto and within two weeks my energy, sleep, and stamina improved.

I started Keto in September of 2018 and as of now I have lost 50 pounds!! I started CrossFit in December and love how eating ketogenic gives me the energy to complete the workouts.

one of the main things I utilised was a keto diet + intermittent fasting (I didn't have my first meal until around 1pm), then the second thing I did was to make sure my macronutrients, calories etc were correct,

I used online tools which took care of all the calculations for me and actually planned my meals. Once I had these 2 things dialled in the fat literally melted away.
