Some researchers found a correlation between BMI and waist size. There's a fair bit of variability in how well the formula applies to a given person, but I figured my fellow number-nerds might like to play with this.
See how big your waist might be when you reach your goal, try out previous weights and see whether the waist measurements matched.
For myself, I have the waist of a person 20lbs heavier, so yay.
