I work nights. I start at 12.30am and end at 9am. Today, I did not work out after shift like im supposed to. I laid down and re-watched GOT with my GF. Instead of waiting for dinner to eat mg OMAD, i ate while we were watching. Fine, Id just make that my OMAD. But now im full, i cant work out with a full stomach, and all that food made me feel sleepy and lethargic. I fell asleep instead of having an active day.
I woke up around 4. My mom told me they bought me halo-halo. Its a big glass of crushed ice, milk, sweet beans, flan and other sweet things. Its full of sugar. I didnt want it to go to waste so i ate it. Nobody else would. So i didnt even stick to my OMAD and caloric budget today. And i had a ton of sugar. It sucks.
Its 8pm now. Ill go back to sleep since i have work in 4 1/2 hours. Ill do better tomorrow. I will not sit in front of the tv or laptop or smartphone after work.
I just wanted to type this down. Good night everyone.
