So... I’ve been on the track of losing it for about 14 months now, down from 88 kg (193.6 lbs) and got stuck at 72 kg (158.4 lbs) for two whole months.
I was running for a half marathon at a time and when hunger pang strikes I usually ended up with two slices of whole wheat bread on my lap (lmao I know it’s bad) and I ate like 1600-1800 kcal a day, which is a lot for me (25F, 5’9”)
But four days ago! I had consecutive whoosh! from 72 kg to 70.3! (154.6 lbs)
It’s not a lot but it’s still noticeable, and I have no better place to share this than here!
Also... as a F who runs 1 hr a day 5-6 days a week plus weight lifting 3-4 times a week, what do you guys suggest my intake be? Is 1600 kcal too much? Too little when I run 500 kcal or more a day?
I’m planning to add jump rope to my routine, maybe 2-3 days a week at first and slowly build it up
Cheers! :D and see you again when I hit my goal! (62kg, approx 136 lbs)
