Been lurking here a while now.
I've been excersing/thinking about what I eat since Feb and am down 36 pounds which sure, isn't huge, but the fact I'm still going is pretty impressive for me.
I've been messing about for a month/6 weeks - so want to give myself a kick up the arse this month with THE PERFECT MONTH! 😂
FOR ME: that's logging into My fitnesspal every day and staying under 1200 calories (I try to keep carbs to a minimum but yikes). And then go to the gym 12 - 15 times in Sept.
Anyone want to do this together? I'm in the UK so there might be timing issues, but I don't mind.
Open to how we do it too!
