Hi everyone,
So I'm definitely, steadily losing weight. I started at 80ish (probably between 80 and 82, fluctuating), and now I'm at 76 kilos fairly steadily. But the thing is, I started in AUGUST/SEPTEMBER 2019. It's been FIVE MONTHS, and I've not even lost FIVE KILOS.
And yes, to be fair, with traveling 2ish hours to work and back daily, I don't have the most time to work out, but I try to squeeze some exercise in daily. I eat at a 500 calorie deficit (1200 a day), and I'm noticing progress on the scale, which is nice, but it's SO SLOW.
Some of y'all are so amazing, committing to incredible amounts of exercise and really strict with your diets etc. I'm just...feeling a little demotivated I guess. I see changes in the way I look and feel, and I'm happy with my progress, but I'm honestly just so sad about that number. People have lost so much more weight than me in a 5 month period. I'm petty and jealous and sort of in a rut at the moment.
