Ok so first I'm 23F 5'3 and currently around 145lbs. My ultimate goal is to go down to 110lbs.
I wish I could do that fast but it might be too hard for me to mantain. But giving myself too much time and doing it too lightly also won't be good. I think I'm going to do this in 6 months.
My plan is to do Intermittent Fasting 16:8, reducing calorie intake to 1400-1500kcal and cut down sugary drinks, beer and other alcohol (and drinking only a little ocasionally) and sweets and junk snacks. In the past eating 3 meals around 400-500kcal was good end effective so I will do this. I have a problem with emotional eating so this is going to be a problem but I plan to work on that and my mental health in general.
As for exercising I will be walking as much as I can, I already walk a lot instead of taking a bus, but I will also go for longer walks at least 1-2 times a week, take stairs instead of an elevator and also do at home exercises (mostly cardio, I don't like strenght training) at least 2 times a week. 15-20 minutes at the beginning. But working my way up and doing more accordingly to my abilities.
I tried to lose weight for so long, I did it partly during summer 2018 and kept it for like a year but I gained it back recently. This time I swear I will reach my goal weight and stay this way.
Does my plan sound reasonable or not? Do you have any advices?
