I'm 32lb down at the moment and I've been really feeling the difference, mainly with my back and knees, they're nowhere near as bad as they used to be. I didn't realise until the past weekend, but my relationship with food has changed as well.
I had a break for a couple of days over the weekend because I knew I wouldn't have the energy to prepare and cook anything so I had a takeaway. In the past, I would have just had the second plate of food because it was there and I felt like I had to eat it, but this time, I saved the extra plate for the next day, and even then, I didn't eat it all.
I haven't lost or put on anything this week, usually I'd feel slightly disappointed but I'm not this time because I know that not eating all that extra food probably made the difference between me maintaining and gaining a bit and I'm really proud of myself for it.
