I am trieng to get a toned stomach and body to show my abbs. I have been training for 2 months now i have been doing weight loss excersize and i downloaded an app that targets the belly area which i finished 21 days out of 30 days , i walk 5km a day in total and last month i bought 2 dumbells and 1 barbel with 6kg weight in total i must say it gave me pretty big and toned biceps and wrists and of course i follow a healthy diet and only drink water, especially now in ramadan (fasting) i eat only 1 plate a day(healthy food) and i am not seeing that much progress in my stomach. Now my man boobs, i think they are hormonal because i am still going through puberty but i am working out my chest area to hope fully maje them go away but still no progress.
Any advice ?
