Cant even make it through a simple work out

Im trying to lose a little weight and get healthy. Im only 145 but my joints in my knees creak. I get winded incredibly easily, I feel like garbage almost constantly. I need to make changes.

I texted my partner about going to the gym tonight in our complex. Mostly for accountability. I decided I didnt feel comfortable going to the open gym where others could see me so I opted to stay home and do a YouTube work out. Cue 15 minutes in, Im weezing, im starting to panic because I cant do half the moves, 90% of it is squats or variations of despite it being labeled "low impact". I am to the point of tears.

What is wrong with me? These moves are not hard but I cant keep up and I hate the process, I hate myself and I never get the so called endorphins after exercising and only feel the same but sweaty and with my heart pounding un my chest.

How do I even get started if I cant handle the low impact?
