This makes me so happy!
I’m so exited to be under 300 lbs again and I hope to keep it off for good! On thanksgiving I was 308 but I was at 307 the longest. So I still count this as 10 lbs. I didn’t think I could do it since November. But once January came I started dropping weight again! I was working out 3-4x a week with Caroline Girvan and I meal prepped for 2 weeks. (Getting back into it soon) I got veggies but just need to get chicken.
So I just need to stick to my diet and continue working out daily and the weight will come right off! I’m so glad I kept going and not giving up! Counting calories really helps as well.
If you happen to be in a slow spot, Don’t give up! It will come off eventually like it did for me.
