Advice for losing weight when your partner is not interested?

My fiancé and I are at different places in life health wise. He’s 23, and has been 5’9” and 260lbs since his freshman year of high school. I’m 21, and have gained 50lbs (now I’m 5’2” and 200) since we met. I’m trying to lose weight with CICO but it’s become very difficult since we have started eating out less and would eat different meals. He loves calorie dense carbs and cheesy meat stuff, and while I obviously like it, it’s not helping me to lose weight at all. We have a grocery budget that’s pretty tight and when I do convince him to get veggies, he never wants them with dinner. It’s just kind of frustrating because he knows what works for him and keeps his body satiated, but it’s not working for me. I also think I have IBS (tmi) so this diet sucks for me in that way too. Is there any advice you could offer to me to help me either find ways to eat better despite this or to help him eat better with me? TIA.
