I got a plan. I want to post it somewhere.

I am currently about 290 (M27). I don’t have a set goal necessarily other than to look and feel better. This isn’t my first rodeo, I lost 60 pounds in five months in 2016. My goal is to get back there by the end of the year. I think that’s doable at my weight.

Here’s the plan.

  1. I’m on Weight Watchers and get 55 points a day. It worked before, it’ll work again.

  2. I will intermittently fast. I’m going to have two meals a day. One lunch at noon, and one dinner at seven. No snacks or meals between 8pm till noon the next day.I heard this helps speed things up.

  3. I will walk 20,000 steps a day. I’ve been doing that every day for the past month, and will continue.

  4. As I start to stabilize my weight, I might add some strength training/running to look toned.

  5. Not stressing about weighing myself or finding a “starting weight”. Doesn’t matter. I’ll know when I’m healthier.

Wish me luck! I start at 8am tomorrow.
