I’m 3wks away from my wedding and my dress is fitting really tjght. As in my seamstress says I need to lose 4lbs or so before the big day to make my dress fit better.
I weigh 115lbs, mainly carrying weight in my midsection. Stomach and lower back. 5’2 height. Any tips on how to lose this weight/tone up before the big day.
I’ve been dieting and working out consistently since January. I do Barrys which is HIT 3 times a week and on the other days do some form of cardio or low impact workout. Aside from workouts, I walk at least 2.5 miles a day. My diet skews slightly higher carbs (50% carbs , 40% protein, 30 fat) and intake roughly 1300 calories a day. I eat clean (meat and veggies) with the exception of 100 yasso bar a night plus some pretzels or something like that and on Friday / Saturday night dinner indulging in a drink and potentially 2 slices of pizza with salad. I’m thinking of cutting the drinks and “cheat meal” dinners on the weekends to see if this helps but would love suggestions// any other ideas to help reduce bloat day of wedding.
Any tips on reducing carb cravings?
