after 3 years of on and off dieting and lifting, i finally took this summer seriously… weighing my food, eating protein dense foods, lifting 4-5x a week, and factoring in cardio. around 12 weeks ago i weighed 158lbs. i dialed in on a 0.75-1 lbs loss per week deficit, and it worked!
here is my progress! i plan to maintain and then end of summer enter a small surplus to try putting on more muscle!
