6 month milestone, 45 pounds lost

I started off strong, and as you can see, my consistency has fallen off a bit. I didn't realize that I was a few days late on my monthly personal accountability post. I'm happy that I've been able to lose this much even though my dedication isn't what it was when I started.

I stopped preparing meals, stopped exercising as much, and tried to be a bit relaxed. I tried on a hoodie I bought at the beginning of last year today and it fits me! It didn't fit when I bought it and this gives me some motivation to become a bit more strict with my diet now. I prepared food for the rest of the week this morning.

See you all next month when I report back again for month 7. Good luck to everyone on your journeys. Just because you mess up doesn't mean you've ruined your downward trend. Keep at it and results will happen!
