I've lost 70 lbs as of today over the last 1.5 years. It's been slow so I haven't had to buy clothes along the journey, but now my clothes really do not fit , however I am avoiding buying new clothes because I don't feel like I am ready to face the process of finding my new size.
I never used to try on clothes and just buy my size, I have no idea what that is now. I've avoided it with one purchase by taking my measurements and buying online via size guide , but these aren't always accurate.
Am I alone in this struggle?
