I am approximately 10 days away from getting my period (pms symptoms start 14 days prior for me), and I have noticed I have a HUGE appetite alongside cravings.
Does this happen to anyone else? Is there anything that you do to curb it?
I am trying to stick within my calories, but I am also hungry/tempted to just eat absolutely anything that has a lot of protein mainly alongside with delicious carbs 🥲
