Someone who knows about fitness and stuff can you help me determine if this is accurate? This was from the Apple Watch and I can’t really find any concrete answers if “Fitness” is accurate for tracking treadmill runs.
I do treadmill runs, and I am 19 male, 5’7, and about 159lbs. And I was doing 3mph according to the treadmill. Usually I would lose anywhere from 600 - 680 every hour with a 3 - 3.5mph according to the treadmill. I know that no device is super accurate but can some can be closer to others. Is the Apple Watch Series 7 one of them? Someone help.
