30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 28

Hello everyone!

Day 28! I’m late so off we go!

1800 – 2000 calories a day: On it!

Exercise five days a week: 60 minute walk & lower back stretches / yoga. 19/27 day, 65/8 yoga, 0/8 punchin’.

Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Journaled & haven’t played my Switch yet. 25/28 days.

Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: Not tonight folks but I love reading your comments!

Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for keeping on keeping on & the dogs I saw on my commute home.

Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Shower & skin care routine. And then, early to bed!
