I did the most stupid mistake a person can do, which is doing lots of exercise but not having a meal plan.
I noticed that my weight did not change after 2 months of exercising.
Then I realized that I just ate too much.
I might have eaten over my calorie limits, which explains the situation of not losing weight.
I am trying not to cry, but I am shocked that for 2 months I have been doing stuff that was useless.
Those 2 months of exercising was useless.
How do I stop crying?
