Just checked the scale and have only lost 5 lbs in 2 months. I don't know if I had an extra 3 lbs of food or water weight in me, but I've been developing healthy eating habits and been going on and off to the gym. In 2 months I've only lost 5lbs. This can't be right. Any advice?? I've been feeling disheartened at the moment. It just sucks knowing I'm still fat. The other day I walked into an event and a pair turned to each other and called me massive. I'm a 5'4 female at 160. I carry it in my gut and arms since my torso is short. I think I also look 10x bigger than I actually am. It just sucks knowing people still see me as a fat people in society and I have to deal with this for another few months to a year.
