Hi I recently gained a lot of weight last month due to inactivity I want to lose some weight by the end of the year before I join my internship.
I used to weight close to 60 kg I have gone up to 74 kg when I checked my weight today .I was planning on doing intermediate fasting and workout . I want to lose at least 10 kg by the end of December.
I was thinking of making a major diet change . Cutting back on carbs and eating more vegetables and protein .I was thinking of completely quiting coffee and tea cause I drink too much of it at least 20 cups or more plus I cannot drink it without adding to much sugar .
I was planning on doing a Intermediate fast of 6/18 . 6 hour eating window from morning 6 am to 12 pm and fasting till next morning . Working out only in the morning cause I don't think if I workout 2 times a day I'll be able to keep hunger at bay at night .
I was planning on having oats and. Milk and some eggs in the morning after workout and and a heavy meal for lunch . ( I am used to water fast and dry fast do I think I can survive till next morning without a problem ) .
Any suggestions on what food I should eat . Is this a unhealthy plan ? ( I have never done intermediate fasting for such a long time before ). Should I add running or jogging to this ? All suggestions are welcome .
