I saw this video on YouTube from Versatile Vicky where people supposedly lose up to 10kg in 10days.

I've read a lot of positive comments about it that says that it 100% works. - But, my main question is, was the weight they're losing water weight or fat weight? - Will water weight still help me to become skinnier, specially my legs? - When will I lose fat weight after losing water weight?
I really want long term changes and I am willing to find ways to maintain the weight loss and physically change.
