Hey y’all. I want to lose weight. I’m done being overweight, misrable, unhealthy, not having energy, unhappy snd insecure and jealous of hot girls. Starting tomorrow I will do CICO and start exercising 5 days a week, no late night meals/snacks, no takeouts, no greasy gross junk food. I want to commit to this finally after years of being overweight and wasting my youth.
I’m honestly so discouraged tho by my age. I’m 24 and turning 25 very soon. I’m really discouraged because I feel that the gime to look hot is now long gone and I’m just going to be second place because of my age even after I lose weight (compared to young girls)
