2018 was full of excuses and waiting for January 1, 2019 to start losing weight and be healthy is just another.
I’m starting right now December 31, 2018.
Goal: Lose 45 pounds Start weight: 235 lbs Goal weight: 190 lbs Height: 6’ Age: 43 today and will be 44 on January 2, 2019.
- No alcohol in 2019
- No processed food
- Carbs from veggies and fruits only
- Paleo, Low Carb or Keto focus eating
- No more caffeine
- No calories within 3 hours of bedtime
- Turn off cell phone 2 hours before bed
- At least 1 hour walking daily
- 15 minutes yoga or stretching daily
- Reduce unnecessary stress
- 45 minutes gym 3 days a week
- Weigh myself once a week instead of daily
- No food after 8pm the latest
- 3 meals per day maximum
- No snacking
- Don’t drink calories (water only)
Next weigh in will be January 7, 2019.
Looking forward to a new lifestyle change and not a “diet”.
