M/235lbs - 45 lbs To Lose: Starting right now Dec 31, 2018

2018 was full of excuses and waiting for January 1, 2019 to start losing weight and be healthy is just another.

I’m starting right now December 31, 2018.

Goal: Lose 45 pounds Start weight: 235 lbs Goal weight: 190 lbs Height: 6’ Age: 43 today and will be 44 on January 2, 2019.

  1. No alcohol in 2019
  2. No processed food
  3. Carbs from veggies and fruits only
  4. Paleo, Low Carb or Keto focus eating
  5. No more caffeine
  6. No calories within 3 hours of bedtime
  7. Turn off cell phone 2 hours before bed
  8. At least 1 hour walking daily
  9. 15 minutes yoga or stretching daily
  10. Reduce unnecessary stress
  11. 45 minutes gym 3 days a week
  12. Weigh myself once a week instead of daily
  13. No food after 8pm the latest
  14. 3 meals per day maximum
  15. No snacking
  16. Don’t drink calories (water only)

Next weigh in will be January 7, 2019.

Looking forward to a new lifestyle change and not a “diet”.
