So I was planning on having this turkey tonight: Info
Now normally I pick meat off bone and use my fitness pal app for like, chicken breast off bone and use that. Or if I can scan a package in I do it.
I’m very meticulous with weight of food and counting the things I eat.
However sometimes with food, like porkchops, or today’s example this turkey. I feel the info is off. 4oz of turkey leg for 130cal seem off.
So my question is, like before I picked it off the bone and weighed out 4oz. But this time I scanned the package. So what I’m confused about is the 4oz serving size(112g) with the bone for weight or without it?
Thanks for the help. I’m trying really hard to change my life so I can start enjoying things. But dinner is always so frustrating.
