So to get ready for my wedding, I got a personal trainer- he suggested that I do not exceed 1,150 calories daily. I’ve been doing really good at keeping my caloric intake at or below that level. I try to spread my meals properly throughout the day and eat super healthy (at least compared to what I used to eat) but all day- even after I eat- I am hungry.
I’m not talking just normal hunger pains. This is nausea-inducing, tear-jerking hunger that makes me squirm. I burst into tears today because I am so damn hungry and I never feel full or satisfied anymore. I tried to drink water to stop the hunger, but it doesn’t help.
What can I do? I’m really really trying to lose weight, I’m scared that I’ll just give up and start binge eating to stop the pain of being so damn hungry all the time. Does anybody have some advice?
