I'm doing this for me

I am currently 15 yrs old (female), I am 240 pounds, and I'm 5'4". I have always struggled with my Weight. Late night "snacks" were full course meals. Sometimes, i would just eat a box of cheerios at 1 am in hope to fill the hole inside. I no longer suffer with my mental health and wellbeing, in fact I am very happy. I found comfort in my Christian faith. The only thing I struggle with is staying on track. IF works best for me but when I break my cycle, I break it for a long time. I tried keto in the past (at my heaviest weight, 265) but it's very hard to avoid processed food. So here is what I want to do. I would like to avoid bread and sugar. I would like to eat clean. Fruits, veggies, and white meat will make up my meals. Red meat and dairy will stay minimal. If you have ANY tips please hmu. Wish me luck! I will update!
