Hello! I've been trying to lose weight for a while now because I'm overweight (my whole family is) and I really want to be thinner as all my friends are a size 4-6 and I'm a size 12. I am 18 years old and I've been strugling with my weight my whole life, specially when I was 13-16 'cause I developed anorexia and bulimia but when I recovered I gained all the weight back plus some more.
I'm currently 5'1 and 143 lbs and I've been eating 1300 calories in the healthiest way possible (still eating some junk food every now and then cause if not, anxiety starts to kick in) and I've realised that this is the only way I can maintain a diet for more than 3 days. In a month and a half I've only lost 4 lbs. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I still have 28 lbs to lose and everything looks so uncertain.
