I'm 21yr old, 6'2" and i used to weigh around 235Lbs in july 2019 .. kicked off my journey to losing weight and followed the pattern of intermediate Ketogenic diet alongside Cardio and crossfit training... Tbh workout didn't quite seem to have helped a lot , but it was something to tone my body! Complications arrived at the end of 1.5 month where i suffered severe digestive abnormalities due to heavy intake of Proteins and less amounts of intake in fibres+carbs.. although the distress was gone in 15days but doctors advised me to follow up a good healthy diet with adequate amount of fibres in it to avoid further piles problems. By that time i had already lost around 20lbs of weight in 1.5 months.
Anyhow i started taking carbs and included fibres in diet that eventually helped in digestion and took them in required amounts(around 1900 calories per day)... Although i must admit that taking carbs was not equally effective compared to Keto 'cos in the last 1 month i could just lose upto 10lbs of weight with increased hours of heavy workout. Currently i weigh around 205lbs and my target is around 190Lbs by November.
Suggestion: I'd recommend you to include some healthy carbs with fibres in diet and do high intensity workout such as Burpees, High heel Jumps, Jumping Jacks and increase the time in cardio training. So the perfect combination would be (70% Keto and 30% regular diet).
