122 kg (270 lb) to 80 (176 lb) kg (7 months, 18 days), best way to increase strength? (22 M, 191 cm / 6'3'')

I've lost a lot of weight since easter 2019 using CiCO and now I am at a healthy BMI, but I still have a rather large stomach because of very low lean muscle mass. Actually I am substantially weaker than my partner (22 F) who is 35 cm shorter than me...

What would be the best way for me to gain muscles and staying at around the same weight as I am? My TDEE at this weight is 2267 kcal, I am used to eating 1500 kcal now. My current "plan" is to do strength training 2/3 times a week, hit 170 g protein and 2267 kcal every day plus 100 extra kcal the days I work out. Would this be too few calories, too many? I have no idea how to calculate calories burnt from strength training...

Ideally I want to "replace" my excess body fat with muscle while staying at the same weight.
