Hey everyone !!
I'm a 16 year old Guy and at the moment I weigh about 82kg. I've got muscle, but I really want to get rid of some felt around my abdominal area, back and legs. I've started to eat healthier with controlled food sizes. I changed soda to water and sofa to exercise !! I study theatre so I'm already doing a lot of moving there.
My problem is with when do I eat? Because I started with eating three times a day, no snacks. Then I skipped dinner, then I skipped breakfast and yesterday I just had lunch and I wasn't really that hungry afterwards.
Is this good? Or should I be really controlled with when I eat?
TL;DR Can I skip meals if I'm not hungry?
