I usually have 2 cheat days. This week, I had 7. I feel like crap.

I've lost 50 pounds so far, with 20 more pounds to go, so i'm happy overall.

But I went on vacation during the week for a few days, and didn't have the strength to eat healthy during the weekend (my cheat days), so for the last 7 days, I ate unhealthy.

I was supposed to eat healthy Friday and this weekend to offset vacation, but i've been too weak.

I feel trapped by junk food. I want to be healthy, and i've done a good job most of the time, but it's so hard to eat healthy 7 days straight.

And it's so hard to eat healthy on the weekends.

Can anyone relate? How do you deal with it? I know I have to just suck it up and deal with the pain of cravings, but i'm too weak.
