Hey there everyone! Today I’m beginning my weight loss journey after finding out my fitness age is 16 WHOLE YEARS OLDER than my actual age. I’m 25 and my fitness age says 41.6. I want to get it to 26 by December 2023.
I’ve never been overweight as a child or teenager. Covid lockdowns and being in an abusive relationship caused me to gain 25kgs in 2.5 years. I’m wanting to lose at least 20kgs. My current weight is 105kgs (231 pounds), my first goal weight is 85kgs (187 pounds) as I would like to get to my pre relationship weight first then review if I need to lose anymore.
Emotional eating is my biggest challenge along with getting enough cardiovascular exercise in. But it’s really important to me to fix my health. More important than appearance. My father has heart problems in his 50s and I can’t be like that!
