I’m really struggling with figuring out the best way to avoid binging. I am in therapy, and I know they say it’s often because of negative feelings, but it’s not always for me. Sometimes I have a great week and still binge.
Anyway, how do you avoid it? I can’t keep snacks in the house so I don’t buy them when I grocery shop, but as we know, you’ll always find a way, whether it’s eating random things in the house or doordashing. I’ve tried journaling, tracking food, distracting myself… I work out 4-5x a week… any advice?
