I'm at my heaviest ever and recently started my weight loss/healthier eating journey.
I know filling up on protein is a good idea. But I've been struggling with eating enough protein. I'm not anti-meat, just not a huge fan of pork or seafood or those powdered protein shakes.
I do enjoy eggs, chicken, beef, nuts, beans. I've mostly been snacking on beef sticks or hard boiled eggs, and then making veggies with either chicken or beans for meals.
So any other meal or snack ideas would be awesome!
