Hello, y’all I (23f) and would like to lose 10 pounds before my birthday which is in two months.
My siblings and I have bought some workout equipment that should be arriving some time next week. In the meantime, I have been slowly being more active by catching balls with my brothers.
Anyway I am a petite woman (4’11) and weigh about 150 pounds. Since, I am short I hope that losing 10lbs can be noticeable for myself. I want to feel good and confident on my birthday.
However, I want to know if losing 10lbs is a healthy and realistic goal in two months. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto that also caused to develop hypothyroidism. I have been on medication for 3 years and my weight does fluctuate 5-8lbs lose or gain. Also want to know if anyone has been diagnosed with the same autoimmune illness or something similar to it that has had a successful weight loss.
Any advice, feedback, or suggestions would be appreciated.
