I worked very hard for two weeks and I managed to lose a kilogram. However in one night I managed to put it all back on. I thought it would just go away after a couple days but it’s been 5 days now and my weight is still increasing by 100g for the last two days. I haven’t done anything different as to when I was losing the weight but now it seems like I’m actively gaining weight. I know weight fluctuates up and down but when I’m eating 400 calories under maintenance I just don’t know why my weight is trending up. I’ve double checked all the calories and even if I went slightly over which is always possible I would still be in a deficit and shouldn’t be losing weight. So frustrating
