Another weekend of eating like a normal human and another disappointing scale reading on Monday morning. 8 lb up from Saturday morning. Yes, water weight, it's not fat, blabla, but at the end of the day it's what a scale is gonna read 2 days after I'm in maintenance phase when I reach my goal weight. So not 250 lb, but 242 lb, then watch it climb back up to 250, but hopefully stay there. I'll do it, I'm ready for the challenge, it's gonna be a long hot summer.
