Day 2! And a Sunday at that. Anyone out there meal prepping? I’d love to hear your recipes.
Let's talk goals, shall we?
1800 – 2000 calories a day: On it today. Going to make some taco cauliflower rice for dinner.
Exercise five days a week: 40 minute walk & vigorous cleaning chores, this is kinda how my weekends go. 2/2 days, 2/8 yoga, 0/8 punchy.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: I needed turnips, missed today but I will journal. 1/2 days.
Engage with the lose it folks: I'm going to check my inbox meow.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for seeing a baby beaver on my walk! It even cam ashore & had some snacks while I watched, definitely not like a creeper crouching behind a bush. It was a stone bench, thank you.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Face & foot mask tonight before a shower. I didn’t yesterday. I also wanted to do some white strips.
